Privacy Policy

About this policy

This policy applies to the Tempo Tick Android game published by Mastermind Apps (“we”, “us”). It explains what information the game and the services it uses handle, why, and the choices you have.

The game has no player accounts, chat or developer-operated game server, and it does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location. You can play offline; ads and analytics use an internet connection when one is available.

Data saved on your device

Tempo Tick stores your best score, number of games played, whether you have seen the tutorial, and your sound, vibration and language settings in the app's private storage on your device. We do not upload these to a server and there is no cloud save.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows ads from Google AdMob: a banner, an occasional full-screen ad between games, and optional rewarded videos you choose to watch (for example, to continue a run). Google's advertising SDK may collect or receive:

• Network informationYour IP address, which can indicate an approximate location.
• Device identifiersAdvertising ID, app set ID and similar identifiers.
• Ad interactionsAd impressions, taps and video views.
• DiagnosticsTechnical information about app and SDK performance.

Google uses this for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where you allow it, ad personalisation. AdMob may also show ads from other ad networks through mediation; those networks receive similar information under their own policies.

Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

To learn which parts of the game people enjoy and to fix crashes, the game uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They receive:

• Gameplay eventsFor example games started and finished, scores, tutorial progress and screens viewed. No names or contact details.
• App and device informationApp version, device model, Android version, language, approximate country, and a per-installation Firebase ID.
• Crash reportsStack traces and device state at the time of a crash.

We use this only to improve the game and its stability. Where consent is required, analytics storage follows your choice in the consent message. See Privacy and security in Firebase.

Your choices

• Consent: where required (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads and analytics use your data. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
• Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it in your device's privacy or Google settings.
• Ad preferences: My Ad Center.
• Rewarded videos are always optional.

Ratings and reviews

The game may occasionally show Google Play's in-app review prompt. Reviews you leave are handled by Google Play under Google's terms; we only see what Google Play shows publicly to developers.

Retention and deletion

Data on your device stays until you clear it: Android Settings → Apps → Tempo Tick → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. Firebase keeps analytics data for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Information held by Google follows Google's retention policies and controls. If you email us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you.

Security and transfers

Saved data uses Android's app-private storage. Google encrypts the data its SDKs send in transit. Google and our email provider may process information outside your country under their own safeguards.

Children

Tempo Tick is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date at the top shows the current version.
