01 About this policy

This policy applies to the Block Foundry Android game, published by Mastermind Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains the information used by the game and its advertising services, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

The game has no player account, chat feature, or developer-operated game server. You can play the core puzzle game offline. Advertising and optional rewarded videos use an internet connection.

02 Local game data

Block Foundry saves your current board, waiting shapes, score, run statistics, personal bests, selected mode, tutorial state, and sound, haptics, and motion preferences in the app’s storage on your device. This lets you continue a run and keep separate records for Squares and Triangles.

The game code does not upload these saved boards or personal-best records to a game server or provide cloud-save synchronization. Advertising services separately process the information described below.

Gameplay does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise device location.

03 Ads & Google services

Block Foundry uses Google AdMob for banner ads, interstitial ads at game over, and optional rewarded videos. Google’s advertising SDK may collect or receive:

  • Network informationYour IP address, which can indicate a general location.
  • IdentifiersAdvertising ID, app-set ID, and other identifiers available through your device and Google services.
  • InteractionsApp launches, ad impressions, taps, and video views.
  • DiagnosticsTechnical information about app and SDK performance, such as launch time and stability.

Google processes advertising and technical information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention, subject to its policies and your choices. Different identifiers have different permitted uses; we do not use app-set IDs in game code to personalize ads.

See Google’s advertising SDK data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of this information. Opening an ad or an external link may take you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.

04 Your privacy choices

The production app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to check consent requirements and show a privacy message when required. Advertising requests are made only when that service indicates they are permitted.

  • Review consent: when Google requires a privacy-options entry point, open the game’s Settings → Privacy choices to review or change your selection.
  • Manage advertising controls: Android’s privacy or ads settings may let you reset or delete your advertising ID. Available controls depend on your Android version.
  • Manage Google preferences: visit My Ad Center and Google’s advertising information.
  • Rewarded videos: watching a video to continue a full board is optional. You can instead finish the run or start again.

Consent choices can affect the ads available to you. Core offline gameplay does not require an account or a rewarded video.

05 Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in the message, such as a description of a problem or an attachment. We use this correspondence to respond, troubleshoot, and handle your request. Email is processed through our email service provider.

06 Retention & deletion

Local saves and settings remain in app storage until they are replaced or removed. Starting a fresh run does not erase your personal-best records. To remove all local game progress and preferences, use Android’s app settings for Block Foundry → Storage → Clear storage / Clear data. Menu names vary by device. Uninstalling normally also removes the app’s local data.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve and follow up on your request, and where necessary for security or legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Google-held information follows Google’s retention practices and controls. Clearing game storage does not delete information Google has already received. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy and controls for requests relating to that information.

07 Security & international processing

Local game files use Android’s app-private storage. Google states that information transmitted by its mobile advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.

Google and our email provider may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Their privacy policies describe their processing locations and applicable safeguards.

08 Privacy requests

You may have rights under the laws that apply where you live, including rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or certain uses of personal information. Email us at apps.matermind@gmail.com with “Block Foundry privacy” in the subject and explain your request. We will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

We do not hold an online player account or a server-side copy of your saved game. Local records can be removed using the device controls above. For information independently held by Google, its privacy controls and request procedures also apply.

09 Children’s privacy

Gameplay does not require a player profile, chat, or a form asking for personal contact details. The app includes the Google advertising services described in this policy. Parents or guardians with a privacy concern about a child’s use of Block Foundry can contact us at the address below.

10 Policy updates

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The effective and updated date at the top identifies the current version.
